Who this policy covers

This policy applies to sazzbrown.com and the real estate services offered through the site by Sazz Brown, a California REALTOR® affiliated with Keller Williams Beverly Hills. Keller Williams and any linked listing or MLS provider operate their own services under separate privacy policies.

Information you choose to provide

When you request a consultation, personalized property search, or home valuation, the site may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address and details, real estate interests, search criteria, timeline, and the message you submit.

Address suggestions

When address lookup is available, the home valuation calculator sends the address text you type to Google Maps to find suggestions. Selecting a result sends the selected address to RentCast to retrieve available property details. Records may be incomplete or outdated, and you can edit the details. The site keeps request counts to limit usage, without storing addresses in those counters. These providers process requests under their own privacy policies.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, the hosting and security systems may process basic technical information such as device and browser type, referring page, pages requested, approximate region derived from an internet address, timestamps, and security events. If you allow Analytics, the site may also measure visits and page interactions in aggregated reports. The site does not request precise GPS location.

Personalization on this device

If you allow Personalization, this site can remember details you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email, phone number, preferred communication language, real estate interest, and a general area you enter, to prefill forms and create a simple welcome-back message. This profile is stored locally in this browser, is not used to track you across other websites, and is removed if you switch Personalization off or clear this site’s browser data. This feature does not request or store precise GPS location.

How information is used

Your information is used to respond to your request, prepare relevant property-search or real estate information, provide requested services, maintain records of the inquiry, protect the site from misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. It is not sold.

Where information is handled

Consultation and property-search requests are stored by the service that hosts this website. The live property search is provided through IDX Broker; information entered within it is handled by that provider. If you use an MLS, mapping, email-delivery, telephone, or text-messaging service, that provider may collect information under its own terms and privacy policy. A configured email or workflow provider may receive form details solely to notify Sazz and route the inquiry.

Sources and disclosures

Information comes from you, your browser or device, and the service providers used to operate the site. It may be disclosed to website hosting, security, analytics, email-delivery, scheduling, brokerage, MLS, or other service providers only as reasonably needed to operate the site, respond to an inquiry, provide a service you request, protect legal rights, or comply with law. It may also be disclosed in connection with a lawful business transfer. Personal information is not sold.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. Analytics and Personalization are optional and load or store information only after you allow the relevant category. Essential hosting and security technologies may still be used to deliver the site and prevent abuse. The embedded IDX Broker property search may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies when displayed or used. Do not sell or share

This site does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may still record an opt-out preference using the control below or in the footer. Abuse prevention

To limit automated or repeated form submissions, the site may temporarily process a one-way fingerprint derived from network and browser information. The raw network address is not stored in the form-protection table, and old protection records are removed automatically.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

The site will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification.
